1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up or accessing Creu Saathi, your organization agrees to these Terms of Service. Creu Saathi provides tools for frontline task dispatch, voice execution, and evidence tracking.
2. Operational Responsibility & Regulatory Disclaimer
Creu Saathi provides software to assist workforce coordination. The platform does not certify that tasks executed by workers comply with statutory safety, fire, clinical, or local municipal regulations. The customer's operational leadership remains responsible for verifying procedures, hazardous chemical safety, and regulatory compliance.
3. Account Integrity & Authorization
Administrators are responsible for safeguarding access credentials, managing role assignments, and revoking memberships of separated workers. Creu Saathi is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised administrator passwords.
