Platform Architecture

Built for the reality of frontline deskless execution

Creu Saathi combines high-reliability backend validation with a zero-friction mobile worker experience.

Voice-to-Task Intent Engine

Frontline workers speak in their natural language (Hindi, English, regional dialects). The engine parses spoken instructions into structured tasks, extracts location and room IDs, and suggests appropriate checklist items with instant repeat-back confirmation.

Deterministic Task State Machine

Every task lifecycle state (Created → Assigned → In Progress → Blocked → Done → Verified → Closed) is strictly validated on the server. Workers cannot mark tasks complete without required checklist steps; supervisors cannot reopen tasks without documented reasons.

Offline Sync & PWA Architecture

Workers in basements, plant rooms, or low-connectivity wings continue without interruption. Completed tasks and evidence queue locally with idempotent client-generated UUIDs, automatically reconciling upon reconnect.

Compliance & Evidence Chain

Store tamper-evident operational proofs: timestamped photos, GPS location telemetry, voice notes, numeric meter readings, and digital sign-offs. Every transition generates an immutable audit event.

Multi-Tenant PostgreSQL Isolation

Enterprise-grade database isolation in Neon PostgreSQL. Single user identities can belong to multiple independent workspaces with different roles, while cross-tenant queries are blocked deterministically by backend middleware.

Automated Escalation Timers

Configurable SLA clocks alert supervisors before tasks become overdue. Blocked tasks immediately notify operations managers with structured blocker reason codes and vendor assignment prompts.
